The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

•  By initialing and providing your credit card number, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  You must be a licensed driver and 21 years of age or older to rent a golf cart. A golf cart is a licensed motor vehicle and all traffic laws must be obeyed including the use of seat belts.

  PAYMENT TERMS: Your credit card is charged the day your reservation is accepted and confirmed via e-mail.

  CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Cancellation must be made by e-mailing us and a copy of the e-mail showing cancellation with 24 hours is proof of cancellation in the event of a dispute. If cancellation is made within the required timeframe a full refund minus a $15 internet transaction fee will be charged, per cart.

  Upon arrival, you will need to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver and receive instructions on operation of the golf cart. YOUR SAFETY IS OUR #1 CONCERN! PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEATBELT AT ALL TIMES AND DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE! If it is apparent that your designated driver has been drinking, you will not be rented a golf cart and no refund will be given.

  RETURN OF GOLF CART: Your rental agreement will designate the time you must return your golf cart by. If you are more than ½ hour late, you will be charged a $25 late fee and your golf cart is subject to confiscation by Erie Island Carts personnel. The golf cart must be returned in the same or better condition than when it was taken and you agree to pay for any damages to the cart.
